ANTIGRAVITY YOGA & FITNESS is a comprehensive fitness technique designed to increase one’s overall health and agility while having fun and creating a better bodily physique. A unique combination of exercises as a sequence is intended to decompress one’s spine and align the body from head to toe while stretching and strengthening ones muscles. The Hammock is used to change one’s dynamic relationship to the ground, allowing participants to fine-tune their bodies through unique exercises that challenge the laws of physics.

One thing that determines our age, as much if not more than the lines on our face, is the rigidity in our movement. As we age, our joints tighten if not carefully lubricated and massaged. AG Yoga & Fitness is a method for reversing the aging process, a way to keep one’s spine flexible and enhance posture.

MAT YOGA will introduce you to finding presence; to live in the moment, build strength and find balance by using your core and mind-body connection. AG YOGA LAB offers many varieties of MAT YOGA CLASSES including Hot Yoga, PowerSculpt Yoga (w optional weights), Yoga w Meditation, Introduction to Yoga and many many more!

INDOOR STAND UP PADDLE BOARD (ISUP) is a great way to build core strength and balance with the most dynamic and unstable balance training on a paddleboard designed for indoor use.

SPIN Spin is an indoor cycling workout harmonized to the rhythms of powerful music through imaginary hills, flats, steady efforts and frenetic intervals designed to give you the most beneficial workout and enjoyment possible. Spin classes are a fun, low impact exercise set to rhythmical music. The class is designed to primarily work your cardiovascular system using a special stationary bicycle with a heavy weighted flywheel.  Classes are structured with a warm up phase, progressing to a mixture endurance work and intervals, followed by a warm down. These sessions will benefit your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, as well as great way to burn calories! Come join us and let’s have some fun together through this great exercise.
