In this class, you will practice in a room with temperatures of 95-110 degrees. Hot Yoga can help the body flush out toxins, increase your heart rate for a better cardio workout and keep your muscles in an optimal state for yoga. Try one or all of our many different class designs and Instructors to find the Hot Yoga class or classes to find your favorite way to sweat out the pollutants and chemicals from your body and lose weight while doing so! Open Level classes will offer modifications, options and will teach in stages. Be sure and bring at least two full size towels (one for your mat if you do not have a sticky mat) and a large water bottle to class. It is recommended but not required that you have some prior yoga experience before taking a Hot Yoga class.

Although taught as an OPEN LEVEL class, this is a more intense yoga practice for those craving the a little something extra in their yoga practice. In this class you will move through your sun salutations while using weights to tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, back and core! It is recommended that you are familiar with the basic yoga poses prior to taking a this class. Taught in a warm setting (85-95 degrees) be prepared to sweat, detox and burn calories! Bring a large sweat towel and water bottle to class! Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.
Chose the level of the Yoga Flow that is right for your practice. In all of our classes, movement and breath are synced to send energy to both your body and your mind to help create balance and strength in your yoga poses. While focusing on posture and body awareness in each pose, you will also find balance, strength, flexibility and presence on your mat. Open Level classes will teach in stages, give modifications and options for progressions for each body type and yoga level. You will leave each class; stronger, more balanced, with better mind and body awareness and most importantly, be more relaxed! No yoga experience is required.
In this class you will follow a progressive series of postures connecting the breath with the movement. The result of this practice is improved circulation, a light and strong body as well as a calm mind. A water bottle and towel is recommended for this class.
This is an Open Level class that combines a great Yoga workout with a 10 minute Meditation at the end of class. Be prepared to get a great workout and strengthen and lengthen the muscles and build your core! A challenging but accessible yoga practice will leave you feeling stretched, stronger and more grounded. Learn meditation techniques and use them in your life to help find presence in all you do! This class is offered at the end of the day to help you tire the body and quiet the mind while helping you to get a good nights sleep! No yoga experience is required.
These Open Level classes focus on building core strength and the confidence to use the Hammock as your flying fitness tool! You will learn the grips, wraps and traps used as the basis for all poses in the Hammock in all of our AG classes. Feel your spine decompress, hydrate and lengthen in each class as you grow 1/4 inch taller! If back pain is something you struggle with or you sit at a desk all day–this class will not only offer a great workout but also have many health benefits for you as your spine will feel amazing after class! These AG classes are a prerequisite to all other AG classes and two of these classes must be taken before continuing on to any other AG classes on our schedule that are for Frequent Flyers only!

We can easily claim that you have never had a workout quite like this this one. You must have taken at least two Open Level AG classes prior to taking this class.
AntiGravity’s version of a Barre class where you will use the AG Hammock as a ballet bar and develop ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. An awesome cardio workout with the use of dance moves, laughing and fun! You will burn over 650 calories in this one hour class while feeling your glutes, hamstrings and thighs tighten and shake! No dance experience or AG experience is required. Bring a sweat towel and water bottle to class!
This class is a gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AG Yoga. This class incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses and a floating sivasana (cocoon). You will feel the blissful feeling of “floating”! No AG experience is needed or required prior to taking this class.
These AG classes are for kids from ages 6-14 and focus on the four major elements: air, water and earth. Each session is designed to include swinging, spinning and stretching. These techniques fine-tune the kinesthetic and vestibular systems of the body. Clear nomenclature supports the child’s brain acuity and their proprioceptive awareness is awakened. Your child will have FUN with FITNESS in this unique class design! No prior AG or Yoga experience is required prior to taking this class
These AG classes are for smaller children ages 6 months to 5 years and a parent. The class will promote bonding techniques through physical fitness and include the sensation of flight with the focus on the elements: air, water and earth throughout the sessions. The parent will get the benefits of core strength building, gentle stretching and inversions while the child is introduced to the element of play and swinging. It is prerequisite that any participating parent has taken at least one AG FUNdamentals or AG Open Level class prior to taking this class with their child.
A highly effective way of conditioning the core musculature. By incorporating instability resistance training into a fitness or athletic conditioning routine, you are activating core and limb muscles while still providing maximal or near maximal force and power outputs. Indoor Paddleboard balance training has been specifically designed to offer the most dynamic and unstable balance training available. The paddleboards can be used easily and safely by students, ranging in age, from young children to senior adults with a wide range of athletic abilities. Instability training can be a great benefit to those looking to improve fitness and athletic conditioning, as well as their yoga practice. By practicing your yoga poses on the Paddleboard, you will improve your strength and really find presence with the focus it takes to balance in each pose. You will make this class your own level, by having the option to add equipment to your board that will make your practice more challenging, while doing the same yoga flow as the class. All Indoor Paddleboard equipment is provided. Bring a yoga mat, bottled water and a full size body towel with you to class.
