Like to challenge yourself and try new things??? In this workshop you will spend time learning AG flips,inversions and other tricks you can safely achieve in the Hammock that are more time consuming to achieve in a regular class flow. You must have participated in a minimum of 2 AntiGravity Fundamentals classes prior to taking this workshop.
If stress is in your life…..this workshop is a royal treat for you! A two hour Workshop of complete BLISS! Spend time treating yourself to some gentle stretches with the extra support of your AG Hammock that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles! Learn a few gentle inversions and finally…… enjoy a 30 minute floating meditation where we guarantee complete relaxation!
Teens ages (11-17–younger flyers must be approved by management) can enjoy this fun-filled class that must be attended in their favorite PJ’s!
Enjoy more of the same flips, tricks & inversions of a typical AGY class, but with a bit more of an upbeat vibe and radiant energy. Fun loud music will be playing as you flip and do tricks with the AntiGravity Hammock. Time will be left for open play and pictures to show-off on Instagram and Facebook.
This Workshop is perfect for providing your kids FUN w FITNESS! Focused on the Five Elements; AIR, WATER and EARTH-they will learn many fun poses with nomenclature to align with the elements leaving them giggling, smiling and working their proprioceptive and vestibular awareness. Working on coordination skills, balance, core strength, strengthening and lengthening of the spine, confidence building and finding their mind-body connection. The last 15 minutes of their Workshop is FREE SWING where we invite you parents come in to the room to allow them to show off and take photos of their favorite poses in the AntiGravity Hammock!
Find TRUE Balance and Presence and build your core strength by practicing on an unstable surface while going through a yoga practice. This Workshop will focus on teaching you how the core is your center and to engage the muscles properly to find that ultimate balance. You can use this knowledge to help improve your Yoga Mat practice or even a SUP practice in the water in the warmer months. You will learn to how to feel more rooted and stand taller and stronger in your daily life using the awareness and strength in your core to do so! 30 minutes of the class will be spent in discussion and trying a few things on the ISUP board before taking an actual 60 minute class on the board, getting a great workout and finding how to use your mind-body connection to strengthen and find balance in all of aspects of your life!
Whether you have never attempted an arm balance pose before or are trying to achieve a particular pose, this Workshop is for you! Focusing solely on arm balances will give you the tools you need to work on your arm balances in future yoga classes or at home.
Whether you have mastered all of the yoga inversions or are just a beginner….there is something in this workshop for you. The focus solely on inversions in this workshop will provide you with the tools and tricks you need to start to work toward practicing and mastering these inversions at home.

Kids ages 5 and up can enjoy a mat yoga class with a twist of fun this Fall! Your kids will forget they are exercising and have tons of fun watching their friends glow in the dark with glow sticks while listening to some fun upbeat music! Parents are welcome to sign up for the class too with the younger kids or feel free to drop them off for an hour of FUN! Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel for class!
NEW TO YOGA??? Take this 6 week class to get clear step-by-step instructions for a variety of common yoga poses! Learn modifications or the use of props to support your individual practice! Practice basic breathing exercises and meditation! While preparing Yourself to participate in public classes with a safe practice and confidence.
