Join us for this fun class as we fly, soar and flip on the hammocks! We will break down different flips and tricks so all levels can join and accomplish something new and have fun! A wonderful treat for the mind and body to be in a still quiet space. Your "cocoon" to settle in a release all that binds and allow yourself to float. We will start with gentle stretching and preparing the body to rest and start new season.You will be guided through a relaxing meditation as you are cradled in the hammock. No experience needed for all levels (no inversions).
