Kids Fun Flow

Kids Fun Flow at 4:15 pm Ages 4-11 - please bring a mat, and water and come to have some fun. Each month will have a special theme for class and the kids will come to Flow, Play, and have time to make a small craft. Larissa is a certified Childlight Yoga Kids yoga Instructor. She has been teaching to children of all ages all over the Lehigh Valley since 2015 both in schools through the Pratyush Sinha Foundation, in studios and elsewhere.

"Rising Lotuses" Tween/Teens Yoga

The class is designed for tween/teens allowing them to come together to work on strength, flexibility and relieve stress and anxiety while also having fun! The class will give teens the opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily lives. Each class will be filled with mindful awareness and will include an invigorating flow with active asana, balance, breath work, and relaxation to create focus and calm in the body and mind. We will be creating an inclusive environment where all we accepted and welcome.

Mommy and Me yoga

Mom and Me
Mom and Me Yoga- Mom & Baby Yoga (6 weeks – crawlers/new walkers). This class will combine yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your baby. We will play music, sing songs, connect with other parents/caregivers in this unique class. Moms will also have some time to unwind while the little ones are busy to relax and rejuvenate before continuing on with their day. We will focus on regaining strength and stability, and relieving stress and tension. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and some of babies favorite toys to class. Feeding, diaper changing, sleeping, crying, and playful babies –basically all babies are welcome to class!  Classes will run on an 8 week session through the summer starting on 6/5 and running through 8/14, on Wednesdays from 11:00-11:45 am, with no class on the following dates: 6/19, 7/3, and 7/17.

Yoga for Endurance Athletes

Yoga for Endurance
As athletes and, even as busy adults, we spend so much of our days doing the same repetitive movements– sometimes overworking the same muscles, while under-using other muscles. This class will focus on flexibility, strength, balance and core work. We will be working to emphasize breathwork and poses that will support and enhance focus, endurance, keeping your body healthy, and maintaining body awareness to help prevent injury. All are welcome, and modifications are also made whenever needed. Classes will begin June 5th – August 28th, and run on Wednesday nights from 7:30-8:30 pm.
