This class is for beginner students. Learn to fly with Aerial Yoga with the support of the hammock we’ll move through traditional yoga poses in new planes, invert with ease & incorporate poses that will build upper body and core strength. Have fun and get in touch with your inner child by swinging & going upside-down.
This class is for advanced students. requires successful completion of level one (consists of five basic classes). This class is a modern form of Yoga using a hammock, body weight and gravity to create space in the body. You will get core strength, balance, flexibility and total body conditioning. Aerial Fitness- Open Level
Aerial Fitness is a fun way to get a total body workout. We’ll be using techniques in strength training, gymnastics, core training, and dance to get you in shape head to toe. This workout strengthens the entire muscular-skeletal system. We’ll use the hammock and body weight to get you results. We’ll also work on flexibility with some gentle assisted stretching. This class is suited for all fitness levels.
Private aerial yoga & mat yoga instruction is great for beginner and people with injuries. Aerial Yoga Pilates is a fusion of Pilates and Aerial Yoga. The pairing is deeply complimentary due to the fact that the unstable environment deliberatly caused by the freely hung hammock calls on your muscles to work in order to maintain control, and stability of each movement.
Aerial Barre & Pilates - This unique workout is combination of aerial yoga, barre and pilates inspired class while incorporating the aerial hammock. In this class you will learn how to incorporate the hammock in your workout and toning and lengthening of muscles. This class is also help and improve your balance with stretching and conditioning pose. We recommend new clients to take 2-3 Aerial yoga level 1 class before attending Aerial Barre & pilates class.

Complete the end of your Monday, the start of your work week and let go of your stresses with this unique yin yoga class. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to 2-5minutes, sometimes longer. Join us Monday evenings and treat your body to a great workout of the muscles, tendons and joints while relaxing and healing your mind and soul which will help you to get some well needed sleep. Combining the meditative aspects of yoga with a hot and sweaty workout, this class has it all! Let the heat help you eliminate toxins and increase your flexibility as you flow deeper into your practice. Pausing in certain postures will allow you to improve your alignment and test your balance, while more dynamic moves will challenge your heart and strengthen your muscles. Expect to leave the studio with a powerful buzz from all the positive energy.
Power Yoga sculpt class focuses on power yoga, toning your muscles and burning calories. Our Power Hour class with free weights (2-8lbs) and resistance bands--both optional. All classes are heated from 90-100 degrees. Bring a large towel, water, and prepare to sweat a lot! Step outside of the box and get your body moving with Power Sculpt YOGA- this all levels class is set to music that will energize you and provide a full body workout while having fun!

Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.
Pilates and Yoga combined in one class. Pilates Mat plus Yoga Restoratives: This class will combine the best of classical pilates mat exercises to create balanced muscular strength and elasticity with the mindful rest of restorative yoga postures. This class will include pilates Foam roller increased flexibility to core stability. Also while performing pilates exercises with foam rollers, you have the opportunity to massage tight muscles.(class structure will include props, modifications, and plenty of instruction so no prior experience necessary).
Rhythm Ride is an indoor cycling workout synced to the beat of powerful music and an on-the-bike dance party that will have your heart pumping. Workout involves short and long intervals and moderate choreography.
Spin is an indoor cycling workout harmonised to the rhythms of powerful music through imaginary hills, flats, study efforts and frenetic intervals designed to give you the most beneficial workout and enjoyment possible. And we do gentle yoga followed after to stretch and relax tight muscles (we use yoga strap and block to help students stretch deeper and make stretching easier)
