AERIAL YOGA

For an aerial yoga class, please wear tight yoga pants or leggings as opposed to loose pants or shorts.  Wear grips socks. 

No sleeveless tank top, no clothes with zipper and no jewelry please (Prevent injury and prevent damage hammocks)

Aerial Yoga FUNdamentals

Aerial Yoga FUNdamentals is an entry level aerial yoga class, suitable for new and beginners students and those wanting a gentle practice, but is open to all.

This class will introduce some simple flips and tricks, along with the opportunity to learn basic inversions. With your body weight being supported by the hammock, you able to expand your flexibility and explore postures you may not ordinarily be able to do on the yoga mat.


We’ll explore traditional yoga poses in new ways, the movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching to build upper body and core strength. Have fun and get in touch with your inner child by swinging, stretching, and going upside down...all while increasing flexibility, strength, balance and stamina!

Finally, we'll cool down with some restorative stretches and a blissful floating Savasana in the hammock.


Note: FUNdamentals to Intermediate level it is recommended that students take 10 beginner FUNdamentals of Aerial series, before moving on to an intermediate class and pass a basic inverted movements test.

Intermediate aerial yoga class is designed for those eager to explore fun transitions, strength-building poses, and flowing sequences that lead to some of our signature aerial flips and tricks. 


Intermediate classes typically include: learning more advanced aerial yoga poses and transitions such as Inverted pigeon, mosquito to vampire transition pose, Arrow pose(shoulder stand) and front balance flying locust. 


Longer sequences: Students work towards developing a flowing sequence of movements by linking linking individual poses.

Spinning Hammock: As students progress, some classes will be conducted on a 

spinning single-point hammock for an extra challenge.


Note: Intermediate to Advanced level it is recommended that students take 10 Intermediate of Aerial series, before moving on to an Advanced class. Students must be comfortable with inverting, doing basic wraps, and getting in and out of Goddess Pose in multiple different ways and pass 4 advanced poses (Hip Key, Thigh Hitch, Cross Back Staddle and Infinity Roll)

This is an advanced-level class. Mastery of Aerial Yoga Flips & Tricks and instructor approval are required. Students must be comfortable with inverting, doing basic wraps, challenging twists, and tricky transitions and getting in and out of Goddess Pose in multiple different ways. This class requires successful completion of level intermediate (consists of 10 classes).

Here are some things you might expect to learn in an advanced aerial yoga class:

Advanced aerial yoga classes are designed students to push their skills to the next level.

Complex moves: Learn intricate aerial wraps, challenging twists, and tricky transitions

Advanced sequencing: Explore advanced sequencing, skills, and inversions

Build strength: Build upper body strength and enhance core stability

Improve coordination: Improve coordination and kinesthetic awareness

Increase endurance: Build endurance by spending longer periods of time in the air

Aerial Fitness- Open Level

Aerial Fitness is a fun way to get a total body workout. We’ll be using techniques in strength training, gymnastics, core training, and dance to get you in shape head to toe. This workout strengthens the entire muscular-skeletal system. We’ll use the hammock and body weight to get you results. We’ll also work on flexibility with some gentle assisted stretching. This class is suited for all fitness levels.

Aerial Yoga Pilates is a fusion of Pilates and Aerial Yoga. The pairing is deeply complimentary due to the fact that the unstable environment deliberatly caused by the freely hung hammock calls on your muscles to work in order to maintain control, and stability of each movement.


Aerial Barre & Pilates - This unique workout is combination of aerial yoga, barre and pilates inspired class while incorporating the aerial hammock. In this class you will learn how to incorporate the hammock in your workout and toning and lengthening of muscles. This class is also help and improve your balance with stretching and conditioning pose. We recommend new clients to take 2-3 Aerial yoga level 1 class before attending Aerial Barre & pilates class.

Gentle flow Aerial Yoga

This class is designed for slower pace, gentler version of Aerial Yoga using hammock to open our body, mind, and soul.

We are going to slow it down in this class, using more gentle Aerial Yoga poses, deep stretching and low impact movements to provide students with  great aerial yoga benefits but also strengthening experiences. 

We will put the spine in a traditional yoga pose, using the hammock to assist in deeper, stretching, lengthening and decompression.  

We will finish with floating meditation to calm and relax our body and mind. 

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout that utilizes a bed-like machine with springs and a sliding carriage to enhance core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Fun for all ages!

A playful and fun class for kids to swing, glide, and
invert safely while engaging their curiosity, creativity, and focus. Aerial yoga classes are beneficial to the brain and body to support physical and emotional growth in all children.

Each pose supports development of body awareness and motor coordination. Helps kids to be mindful and focused by paying attention to cues as well as to their bodies’ signals.

The class is designed for tween/teens allowing them to come together to work on strength, flexibility and relieve stress and anxiety while also having fun! The class will give teens the opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily lives. Each class will be filled with mindful awareness and will include balance, breath work, and a playful and fun class for tween/teens to swing, glide, and
invert safely while engaging their curiosity, creativity, and focus. Aerial yoga classes are beneficial to the brain and body to support physical and emotional growth in all ages. Also providing students to create focus and calm in the body and mind. We will be creating an inclusive environment where all we accepted and welcome.

This class is trial aerial yoga to new students.

Not sure if your child will love aerial yoga? Don't worry we got you! Each month we offer a 30-minute aerial trial class to learn a few aerial poses includes fun movements and mindfulness. Space are limited so pre-sign up to save your spots for funday! Trial classes are for age 6 and 13 years old.

Complete the end of your Monday, the start of your work week and let go of your stresses with this unique yin yoga class. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to 2-5minutes, sometimes longer. Join us Monday evenings and treat your body to a great workout of the muscles, tendons and joints while relaxing and healing your mind and soul which will help you to get some well needed sleep. Power Yoga sculpt class focuses on power yoga, toning your muscles and burning calories. Our Power Hour class with free weights (2-8lbs) and resistance bands--both optional. All classes are heated from 90-100 degrees. Bring a large towel, water, and prepare to sweat a lot! Step outside of the box and get your body moving with Power Sculpt YOGA- this all levels class is set to music that will energize you and provide a full body workout while having fun!

Raise your endorphins, practice without injury and leave your mat feeling incredible! Erica teaches Primary series in a way that welcomes both new and seasoned practitioners to this dynamic practice. We will begin with student questions or a short topic discussion then dive into the practice and concentrate on breath (ujjayi), gazing points (drishti) and core strengthening (bandhas). Postures, alignment and safety are always a part of our practice, however our main focus is meditation in motion.

In this class we will use props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to help support the body and release tension.
