There are no words for how excited we are to finally be baaaack!
We will be opening July 1st! It feels like it has been FOREVER... We know that all of you
are in need of practice, so we set some guidelines to keep everyone safe during your time
AG YOGA LAB COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We ask our students and instructors that if you are feeling ill (fever, cough, etc.)
that you reschedule your class. We will be more than happy to assist you whe
you are feeling better!
We will be screening temperatures for our guests and employees at the door and
there will be a COVID-19 waiver that requires a signature
Class size is limited to seven students.
No walk-ins will be accepted at this time, please sign up on our website through
Mind Body and pay online.
Please sanitize your hands as you enter studio.
Please practice social distancing, 6’ of separation please!
Please come to the studio dressed, ready for your class. The bathroom use will be
restricted to “critical needs” only.
Masks must be work upon entering and leaving the class until you have taken to
your mat, hammock, or bike.
Classes will be conducted with doors open and fans on to promote good airflow.
Please, no shouting or chanting during your sessions.
No Hot Yoga classes will be offered at this time.
No props (blocks, blankets, mats, weights, towels) will be made available.
Please bring your own water, fountains and dispensers will not be in service.
We have completely sanitized the studio, and cleanliness will be our utmost concern.
We want to thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time.

SPECIAL NOTE: AERIAL YOGA CLASSES
For aerial yoga classes, please bring your own hammock if you have one.
No tank tops allowed.
Please hang seven hammocks and use spray alcohol after each class. Lay the

Join me in some mindful breathing and asana yoga practice outdoors. There are many benefits to outdoor yoga like the power of fresh air and vitamin D. Take extra deep breaths while you flow. It's also a natural mood booster. Bring your own water, beach towel, and yoga mat. Classes are 75mins long and $10 cash or PayPal. I'm raising money for the studio. "Hot Yoga" class in Yogalab parking lot every Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm. Class size will be limited for 10 ppl. Please sign up yogalab.com or Mindbody app. Park your car side of the building. There will be a Covid -19 wavier that Requires a sign. Please practice social distancing 6' of separation please.
