We will be opening July 1st! It feels like it has been FOREVER... We know that all of you
are in need of practice, so we set some guidelines to keep everyone safe during your time
AG YOGA LAB COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We ask our students and instructors that if you are feeling ill (fever, cough, etc.)
that you reschedule your class. We will be more than happy to assist you whe
you are feeling better!
We will be screening temperatures for our guests and employees at the door and
there will be a COVID-19 waiver that requires a signature
Class size is limited to 8 students.
No walk-ins will be accepted at this time, please sign up on our website through
Mind Body and pay online.
Please sanitize your hands as you enter studio.
Please practice social distancing, 6’ of separation please!
Please come to the studio dressed, ready for your class. The bathroom use will be
restricted to “critical needs” only.

Please, no shouting or chanting during your sessions.
No props (blocks, blankets, mats, weights, towels) will be made available.
Please bring your own water, fountains and dispensers will not be in service.
We have completely sanitized the studio, and cleanliness will be our utmost concern.

SPECIAL NOTE: AERIAL YOGA CLASSES
For aerial yoga classes, please bring your own hammock if you have one.
No tank tops allowed.
Please hang 8 hammocks and use spray alcohol after each class. Lay the

Complete the end of your Monday, the start of your work week and let go of your stresses with this unique yin yoga class. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to 2-5minutes, sometimes longer.
Join us Monday evenings and treat your body to a great workout of the muscles, tendons and joints while relaxing and healing your mind and soul which will help you to get some well needed sleep. All Levels class.

Pilates and Yoga combined in one class. Pilates Mat plus Yoga Restoratives: This class will combine the best of classical pilates mat exercises to create balanced muscular strength and elasticity with the mindful rest of restorative yoga postures. This class will include pilates Foam roller increased flexibility to core stability. Also while performing pilates exercises with foam rollers, you have the opportunity to massage tight muscles.(class structure will include props, modifications, and plenty of instruction so no prior experience necessary).
