My name is Jeong better known as CK. I was born and raised in South Korea. I moved to this great country in 2008 with my husband and my daughter.
I love to try and learn new things. I love to cook, ride bike with my husband, travel and hike with my family.
CK focuses on proper form with control, flexibility, balance, coordination and core strength through her practice. Her classes include breath work, body awareness and mindfulness.

Connection, creativity, and community guide Tori's life and teaching. Yoga offers the perfect mingling of these three tenets. Passionate about Ashtanga Yoga and eight-limbed living, Tori seeks to create a community of people who connect to their bodies and realize their true nature. Tori has been practicing yoga since her youth but later discovered Ashtanga Yoga through Stacy Hein at Tribe Yoga in 2017. Since then, she took a deep dive into yoga and mindfulness by completing her 200-hour training through Tribe, a 300-hour training program through YFI, and meditation training with Yogi Bryan. Tori continues to study with esteemed Ashtanga teachers such as David Swenson and keeps up her daily practice for her self-study. Tori's class converges tradition, philosophy, and humor for an upbeat and energetic experience.

Ashley is an Integrative Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner based in The Lehigh Valley. She began practicing Vinyasa when she was 14 years old and realized, “yoga is as much for the mind and soul as it is the body.”
A few years later, Ashley discovered the universal law of attraction, began researching metaphysics and started teaching yoga classes while studying Mass Communications and Marketing.
At 19, Ashley had her first Reiki session and understood the profound healing potential in energy work. That same month, she followed her inspiration and left to study abroad in Europe, where she lived for 3+ years and earned her Masters Degree in International Business Development at IPAG Business School in France.
After finishing grad school in 2018, Ashley traveled to Goa, India, where she lived and earned her first 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. In 2019, she became the Mind & Body Coordinator of a Health & Wellness Center in Allentown, PA, received her Reiki L1 Certification and graduated from The Integrative School of Nutrition in New York, New York (2020).
Ashley understood adversity is a catalyst early on and became the mentor she envisioned during her childhood and teenage years.

Niccole received her 250-hour aerial yoga training from the Aerial Yoga Academy. The program is approved by Yoga Alliance. Niccole is also a Certified Massage Therapist (New Jersey School of Massage Therapy, now Cortiva), a Holy Fire Reiki Master Instructor (International Center for Reiki Training) and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master Instructor (The Center of Being, Inc.). Niccole loves studying herbal medicine at The American College of Healthcare Sciences. Additionally, she is also a full-time mom to 2 beautiful and very active children. In her free time she enjoys making herbal elixirs, tonics, teas, and extracts.

Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow are Sarah's specialties, and she is on her way to completing her RYT-200 hour teacher training certification. She truly believes in the healing powers of yoga, and she will always champion the strong connection between mind and body. Her classes tend to have a theme, whether that be learning to let go of what no longer serves you or focusing the mind to quiet the chaos of everyday life. By the end of each session, the gentle music mixed in with her soft words of affirmation can leave you feeling truly at peace.
Most recently, Sarah had the privilege of attending a yoga retreat held in Italy. She practiced at least twice a day, enjoying vinyasa, yoga nidra, and meditation. Additionally, she was able to take part in an Italian cooking workshop, a hike into the woods that included a tree-hugging ceremony, and a river walk. After her retreat finished, Sarah continued exploring Italy all on her own - staying along the Amalfi coast, sightseeing in Rome, shopping in Florence, and of course gondola-riding in Venice. This journey not only strengthened her practice but solidified confidence in her identity. You will see this embodied in her yoga classes as she continually challenges you to push beyond your comfort zone and encourages you to open your mind to different possibilities for your body and spirit.

My name is Karen and I'm a pro liberation community yoga teacher, sound therapy practitioner, and nature lover. My practice is inspired by nature, honoring indigenous wisdom, and returning to the cycles and rythyms of the earth to guide our healing journeys. I bring a holistic approach to my classes fostering collective wellness through intention, breath, meditation, movement, and sound.
I've always wanted to help others heal and actually wanted to be a doctor at a young age. After years of schooling, studying in college, and working in corporate through the pandemic and still not feeling like I was helping anyone, I discovered yoga and crystal singing bowls. In 2020, I was feeling very anxious, stressed, and lost. I began practicing yoga at home on YouTube and then began attending in person yoga classes to relax and quiet my mind. It was here where I saw the power that breath and movement had in healing and helping my own body and was passionate about learning more. In my hometown of Bethlehem, PA, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024. I then left the corporate world to pursue a journey of sharing the healing power of yoga with my community. Since then, I have continued learning and am certified as a sound therapy practitioner and am learning more about traditional Chinese medicine as well. I aim to offer classes that are accessible to everyone regardless of experience and that are connected to the roots and healing wisdom of yoga.

Alvin (Al) began his yoga journey in 2017, initially seeing it as a way to complement his regular gym routine. However, his first class at LA Fitness, led by an inspiring instructor, proved to be a humbling experience. It quickly became clear that yoga was not just about mastering poses but about self-discovery, mindfulness, and personal growth.
In 2021, during the pandemic, Al decided to deepen his practice by enrolling in the Online Yoga School at Yoga & Ayurveda Center. After five months of dedicated study and daily practice, he earned his RYT 200 certification. As his passion for yoga grew, so did his hunger for knowledge, leading them to pursue additional certifications.
As an instructor, Al specializes in Power Yoga, integrating strength, flexibility, and mobility while also offering gentle, hatha, and vinyasa yoga practices
Beyond the yoga studio, Al is deeply involved in the community as a board member and mindfulness instructor for the Mindful Child Initiative.
He also enjoy expressing his creativity in the kitchen and cherishing quality time with family and friends, embracing the importance of connection. He has recently found a new joy in photography.
