Hello I’m Kristen Lightbody, I hold a Master of Science in Health & Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University. While attending ESU in 2005 I took my first yoga class and was amazed by the instant positive results it had on me! Wanting to share the rewards of yoga with my clients I became Yoga Alliance certified 180HR Vinyasa Yoga Instructor in 2009. I followed that certification up with a 200HR Ashtanga Yoga Instructor certification in 2013.
In 2015 a friend invited me to take a Barre fitness class with her. I had been through rehab for meniscus surgery a few months prior so I was apprehensive at first. After class I was pleasantly surprised I felt wonderful! Wanting to share the strength and increased mobility I gained in that first Barre class with my clients I became a certified Barre Above Instructor in 2016.
I currently live in Germansville with my boyfriend, 2 cats; Mia & Clyde & Golden Retriever; Sheena. I enjoy being outdoors: whether it’s walking, biking, gardening or relaxing w/friends listening to awesome tunes in the sun & fresh air after a busy day of instructing fun classes for clients!
I enjoy creating new healthy recipes for every occasion!
Discovering unique treasures at thrift shops!
Caring for people, animals & the environment!
Helping the World we live in become Happier, Healthier & Brighter for all!

Niccole, a fitness enthusiast, fell in love with Aerial Yoga after experiencing her first Antigravity class. She loves how using the yoga hammock supports one's body in the different poses. The hammock allows your body to work against gravity helping you to get deeper into stretches. Aerial yoga provides many unique health benefits...it can help lengthen your ligaments, relax your muscles and decompress your spine among many others.
Niccole received her 250-hour aerial yoga training from the Aerial Yoga Academy. The program is approved by Yoga Alliance. Niccole is also a Certified Massage Therapist (New Jersey School of Massage Therapy, now Cortiva), a Holy Fire Reiki Master Instructor (International Center for Reiki Training) and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master Instructor (The Center of Being, Inc.). Niccole loves studying herbal medicine at The American College of Healthcare Sciences. Additionally, she is also a full-time mom to 2 beautiful and very active children. In her free time she enjoys making herbal elixirs, tonics, teas, and extracts.

Erica has been teaching yoga in the Lehigh Valley since 1998. She was drawn to Ashtanga after experimenting with other styles and classes for several years. When taking an Ashtanga class with Erica, students can expect some fun changes worked into the traditional practice. One of the reasons she loves to teach yoga is to help others manage stress through the movements and breathing during practice and believes that this benefit of yoga can be carried into other parts of life. Erica believes that we are always students, we should never stop learning and trying new things, and that any type of yoga is all part of that path. Erica completed her first teacher training with Larry Shultz, who was very influential on her teaching style. She has also taken workshops or trainings with Beryl Bender Birch, Kathy McNames, David Swenson, Nancy Gilgoff, Manju Jois, Richard Freeman, Sri K Patthabi Jois, and her current teacher, David Williams. Erica started teaching 40 hour teacher trainings in the mid 2000's which has evolved into the 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered training that she currently offers.

Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2018. Invited by a friend one day to try hot yoga, she shrugged it off as just another fitness class. However, this class completely changed her life path trajectory, and her love of yoga began. Only 1 year later, she began teaching. She hasn't looked back since!
Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow are Sarah's specialties, and she is on her way to completing her RYT-200 hour teacher training certification. She truly believes in the healing powers of yoga, and she will always champion the strong connection between mind and body. Her classes tend to have a theme, whether that be learning to let go of what no longer serves you or focusing the mind to quiet the chaos of everyday life. By the end of each session, the gentle music mixed in with her soft words of affirmation can leave you feeling truly at peace.
Most recently, Sarah had the privilege of attending a yoga retreat held in Italy. She practiced at least twice a day, enjoying vinyasa, yoga nidra, and meditation. Additionally, she was able to take part in an Italian cooking workshop, a hike into the woods that included a tree-hugging ceremony, and a river walk. After her retreat finished, Sarah continued exploring Italy all on her own - staying along the Amalfi coast, sightseeing in Rome, shopping in Florence, and of course gondola-riding in Venice. This journey not only strengthened her practice but solidified confidence in her identity. You will see this embodied in her yoga classes as she continually challenges you to push beyond your comfort zone and encourages you to open your mind to different possibilities for your body and spirit.

Greetings, dear souls! I'm Gwyneth, and my journey into yoga began during my college years, initially drawn by its physical rewards. However, it was during the pandemic that I delved deeper, completing my first 200-hour yoga teacher training to nurture my personal practice.
Since then, my compass has guided me toward an unending quest for harmony among mind, body, and spirit. My path has led me on incredible ventures: from immersing myself in the teachings of yoga in the sacred land of Mysuru, India where I most recently traveled to complete my 200 hr kundalini training, to studying the healing power of sound in Nepal. I've also embraced a profound connection with nature, residing in harmony with our planet's rhythms while studying the intricate wisdom of plants in the lush forests worldwide.
Now, I am humbly here, ready to share the treasures I've gathered with our beautiful community.
My mission is to foster a sanctuary where individuals can rediscover the beauty of inhabiting their bodies and rediscover trust within themselves.
My intention is to guide you back to this sacred space, where the soul finds solace and strength.
Join me as we embark on a journey to come home to our bodies and embrace the profound peace found within. Together, let's create a nurturing space where we learn, grow, and evolve, harmonizing with the rhythms of life.
With love and light,
Gwyneth

Hi! I’m Emory. I was introduced to yoga at a very young age and had practiced on and off throughout my younger years for the physical benefits. However, it was not until 2017 that I had discovered the mental benefits of the yogic practice. I have practiced yoga and meditation for my mind, body, and soul ever since. In February of 2019, I traveled to beautiful Uvita, Costa Rica to complete my 200hr yoga teacher training. My long term goal is to help as many people as possible find the light of yoga. Yoga is one of the best ways to show up for yourself, calm the mind, and form a deeper connection with yourself. I hold space for everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and safe within my yoga class. I can’t wait to practice with you all! Namaste.
