I am Jeong Klees, but please call me CK. I am a dedicated yoga instructor originally from South Korea. I moved to the United States in 2008 with my husband and infant daughter and became an American citizen in 2019. I started practicing yoga while I was pregnant, and I found it incredibly helpful for my emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I love all kinds of movement, including yoga, aerial yoga, cycling, barre, and Pilates. At first, I was fearful of aerial yoga, but I faced my fears and learned to do inversion poses. This experience sparked my interest in more challenging practices. Each class gave me a sense of achievement and freedom, especially during shavasana, which I found very calming.
Over the past 18 years, my various movement practices have greatly improved my life and personal growth. I believe these activities are essential for overall health. As an instructor, I focus on proper form, control, flexibility, and core strength, and I incorporate breath work and mindfulness into my classes.
I am eager to share my knowledge and help my students become stronger and more flexible. I invite everyone to experience the positive effects of my classes, which are designed to enhance their practice and refresh their spirits

Hi! My name is Emory Ocean, and I’m a 500-hour Yoga Alliance–registered instructor. I was introduced to yoga at a very young age and practiced on and off throughout my childhood for its physical benefits. It wasn’t until 2017, however, that I truly discovered the profound mental and emotional healing that the practice offers. Since then, yoga and meditation have become a grounding force for my mind, body, and soul.
In February 2019, I traveled to beautiful Uvita, Costa Rica to complete my 200-hour teacher training. That experience opened the door to a life centered around travel, self-discovery, and teaching yogasana. In August 2024, I continued my journey in Uluwatu, Bali, where I completed my 300-hour YTT.
My long-term mission is to help as many people as possible discover the light of yoga. Yoga is one of the most powerful ways to show up for yourself, to quiet the mind, and to deepen your connection with your true self. In my classes, I hold space for everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and safe.
I can’t wait to share practice with you all. Namaste

Niccole, a fitness enthusiast, fell in love with Aerial Yoga after experiencing her first Antigravity class. She loves how using the yoga hammock supports one's body in the different poses. The hammock allows your body to work against gravity helping you to get deeper into stretches. Aerial yoga provides many unique health benefits...it can help lengthen your ligaments, relax your muscles and decompress your spine among many others.
Niccole received her 250-hour aerial yoga training from the Aerial Yoga Academy. The program is approved by Yoga Alliance. Niccole is also a Certified Massage Therapist (New Jersey School of Massage Therapy, now Cortiva), a Holy Fire Reiki Master Instructor (International Center for Reiki Training) and an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master Instructor (The Center of Being, Inc.). Niccole loves studying herbal medicine at The American College of Healthcare Sciences. Additionally, she is also a full-time mom to 2 beautiful and very active children. In her free time she enjoys making herbal elixirs, tonics, teas, and extracts.

“With over a decade of experience as a soccer player, I spent 11 years on the field pushing my body to its limits—and paying the price. Years of competitive play left me dealing with chronic injuries including knee pain, a herniated disc, and scoliosis. I turned to physical therapy and chiropractic care, both of which helped, but only to a point.
It wasn’t until I discovered Pilates that everything changed. What started as a way to manage pain quickly became a transformative part of my recovery. Not only did I feel stronger and more aligned, but my doctors also noticed significant improvements. Pilates gave me a level of stability, control, and healing that I hadn’t found anywhere else.
I’m so grateful to have found a way to move and exercise that truly makes me—and my body—feel good. Pilates has become more than just a workout; it's a lifelong tool I’ll carry with me to stay strong, balanced, and connected to my body.
Now, as a certified Pilates instructor, I’m passionate about helping others build strength from the inside out—especially those recovering from injuries or looking for sustainable ways to support their bodies.”

Hi! I’m Amber — a Reformer Pilates instructor trained through Pilates Body Center. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Philosophy from Muhlenberg College, where I became fascinated by the intricate relationship between the mind and body — how thoughts, emotions, and movement all influence one another.
My journey into Pilates began through my own health challenges. After years of struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction and navigating physical therapy, I realized that true healing required more than doctor visits — it required connection. Movement became my medicine. It taught me how to listen to my body, rebuild trust with it, and move from a place of awareness rather than fear.
That experience shifted everything for me. I began to see exercise not as a punishment or a means to change my body, but as a way to come home to it. Alongside Pilates, I’ve found empowerment through strength training — both of which remind me daily how capable and adaptable the body truly is.
In my classes, I strive to create a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is for every client to leave feeling grounded, strong, and supported — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
Because you already have everything you need to feel good — sometimes you just need the space and guidance to remember.

My name is Karen and I'm a pro liberation community yoga teacher, sound therapy practitioner, and nature lover. My practice is inspired by nature, honoring indigenous wisdom, and returning to the cycles and rythyms of the earth to guide our healing journeys. I bring a holistic approach to my classes fostering collective wellness through intention, breath, meditation, movement, and sound.
I've always wanted to help others heal and actually wanted to be a doctor at a young age. After years of schooling, studying in college, and working in corporate through the pandemic and still not feeling like I was helping anyone, I discovered yoga and crystal singing bowls. In 2020, I was feeling very anxious, stressed, and lost. I began practicing yoga at home on YouTube and then began attending in person yoga classes to relax and quiet my mind. It was here where I saw the power that breath and movement had in healing and helping my own body and was passionate about learning more. In my hometown of Bethlehem, PA, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024. I then left the corporate world to pursue a journey of sharing the healing power of yoga with my community. Since then, I have continued learning and am certified as a sound therapy practitioner and am learning more about traditional Chinese medicine as well. I aim to offer classes that are accessible to everyone regardless of experience and that are connected to the roots and healing wisdom of yoga.

Hi I’m Maria!
Movement has always been my outlet - from weightlifting and yoga to my daily hot girl walks. After a CrossFit injury, I found myself searching for a way to move that felt both strong and sustainable. That’s when I discovered Pilates. What started as a way to rebuild my core became a complete shift in how I approach fitness - with greater intention, alignment, and control.
I decided to expand on my love for it by getting classically certified through Power Pilates and also through a Pilates and Sculpt certification via Jungle Johanna x Soul Therapy Studios earlier this year. In my classes, you will find a fusion of Pilates precision and sculpt-inspired strength training. My goal is to help others build deep, functional strength - to move powerfully, mindfully, and with purpose, both on and off the mat.
