This camp is designed for two age groups, kids ages 6-9 and 10-14. The purpose of this camp is for kids to learn the fundamentals of Aerial Yoga, and traditional yoga in a fun and supportive environment.
Each day kids will experience an age appropriate Aerial Yoga class, a traditional Yoga class, a snack, and craft!
Aerial Meditation Workshop
Hammock to guide into a meditative state through gentle movement, we will start with with ground-based stretches, then using the hammock for inversions, stretches, and a final floating savasana (relaxation pose), Handcrafted KOREAN warm tea will served at the end of workshop.
